- If license units are lost due to a demonstrable bug in our code, we will
replace them free of charge.
- You should complete development and testing for your license management and software copy protection using the fully-functional evaluation edition,
before generating production keys. We will provide free initial
consultation in order to help you get up and running with
an integrated application based on the evaluation edition.
- However we regret we cannot be responsible for lost license units due to operator errors during the license management process such as:
- deleting time-limited keys from the repository.
- bugs in the customers key composition (for example, improperly-defined options).
- corrupted configurations due to changing the system clock or relocating
the product installation.
- failure to maintain backups using built-in facilities and documented procedures.
